Job Description

Production Coordinator / Production Planner - 445K/$65K - Solon, OH

The production coordinator is responsible for driving all production planning activities, including
collaboration of those plans across multiple departments within the organization.

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

  • Coordinate the scheduling of stock building campaigns with production.
  • Coordinate all new order flow from sales to production including but not limited to communicating
    lead times to sales, filling orders from stock, delivering order information to production, working
    through scheduling priorities as needed to fulfill customer commitments.
  • Work with Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control to verify raw material requirements
    needed to process orders.
  • Communicate production schedule with shipping in order to verify on time delivery to customers.
  • Maintain proper production consumable levels including PPE.
  • Perform production data entry tasks for output tracking, stock levels, profiler-programming
    database.
  • Provide support in maintaining time clock system and prepare reports for payroll.
  • Provide support in maintaining employee training matrix and documentation.
  • Ability to plan production for multiple departments using available business systems and tools.
  • Ability to complete statistical supply chain analysis
