Loads and unloads materials on moving conveyorized line and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site with forkliftJob Responsibilities:
Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
Opens containers of parts.
Loads and unloads materials from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or tow motor to and from conveyorized system per daily work schedule and work orders and/or oral instructions.
Inspects parts for nonconformities in structure and finish quality, reports to supervisor, and follows non-conforming parts procedures. Loads and unloads materials into and from vehicles.
Loads materials into shipping containers and packages with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area per daily work schedule.
Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination. Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on work order. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or Load Bar Identification Number Board and marks information on work orders and skids or other containers.
Lifts heavy objects by hand or with tow motor, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment.
Makes simple adjustments or repairs.
Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
Facilitate work-order paper flow and work standards in accordance with ISO quality standards.

Valid Ohio driver’s license.
Must be a strong team player with good communication skills and ability to manage time.
Must have excellent attendance record.
Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
Must be able to bend, twist, and lift at least 50 pounds consistently.
