Canton Area Company is seeking a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be overseeing the entire national sales force to include recruiting, orientation and training of sales employees. Implement national sales programs. Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for all regions and territories. Predict sales volume and profits for existing and new products. By analyzing market trends and results annual unit and gross-profit plans will be determined.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must have 5+ years' Sales Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have excellent experience with establishing client relationships.
  • Must have excellent experience with sales planning, developing budgets, as well as staffing of sales personnel
  • Ability to work effectively as a leader and within a team environment.
  • Travel 40%-50% (Domestic & occasionally International)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
