Seeking a qualified individual to repair and maintain drill equipment, hoe-rams, tractor-trailers, and light duty vehicles. This individual will work in the Bethel, PA area. Mechanic will perform repairs and services both in a garage environment and at various job sites.
Replace and repair broken equipmentPerform PM on equipmentTrouble shoot mechanical equipment and systems such as motors, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical componentsFollow all Company safety policies and proceduresPerform field services and repairs on various equipmentCoordinate with Equipment Manager on needed parts & supplies necessary to repair and rebuild itemsUse and operate all hand and power tools in a safe and effective mannerView safety as paramount and pro-actively identify safety hazardsComplete accurate required maintenance documents and recordsParticipate in Equipment Manager meetings as neededOther duties as assigned
High School DiplomaTwo Year Technical Degree or ASE Type Certification desiredThree or more years experience working as a service technician desiredMust have own hand tools up to 1 5/8Must be a self starter and have the ability to work with limited supervisionMust have good driving recordMust be able to work and travel out of state and during winter months work out of Auburn, New Hampshire, shop as neededMust be able to obtain DOT Medical CardDesired Core skills include: Mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, diesel motors, welding, electrical systems, and PLC skills
