The Marketing Administrator reports to the Sales & Marketing Director. The Marketing Administrator is responsible for assisting in all areas of marketing strategy, from development of different elements to their execution. This will include anything from assisting with market research to organizing the distribution of literature, or helping organize events. The Marketing Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining the Arzel websites and other social media marketing tools and managing inquiries generated by visitors to the website.
Marketing Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

A- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration.
B- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and good copy-writing skills, preferably in a technical field would be an advantage.
C- Web maintenance / e-marketing experience, with a good working knowledge of social media marketing tools, Google rankings and search engine optimization is desirable.
D- Able to demonstrate product awareness and an understanding of the needs of the customer.
E- Able to work individually as well as part of a team with good time management and planning skills.
F- Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail.
G- Able to demonstrate knowledge of marketing principles.
H- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Apple / Mac graphics design and MS office suite is required.
I- Willing to travel occasionally in support of promotional activity.
