RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees the financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance within the restaurant across all shifts. Must have 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industry, possess exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Restaurant Manager assists the RGM in the overall responsibility of a single restaurant ensuring the delivery on guest satisfaction and the overall operation of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager will help direct their team toward achieving excellence in restaurant operations and customer service. As a leader, you will help coach, motivate, and mentor others in the restaurant. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industry.
SHIFT MANAGER POSITION
The Shift Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction through managing the daily operations of a single restaurant. The Shift Manager helps manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance across shifts for desired restaurant outcomes (e.g. increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The Shift Manager has full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of the Manager
TEAM MEMBER POSITION
The Team Member position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other crew members to maintain operational standards and procedures. Must possess excellent verbal communication skills, have the ability to provide exceptional customer service, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Minimum age requirement is 16 years old.
